Executive Chef Gina Rodriguez in on a roll this spring! First, she debuted Serrano's spring menu to a full house of 45+ food journalists and bloggers during a special tasting and wine pairing dinner. She then was asked to cook up her speciality dishes on MyPHL 17's Eye Opener with Jennifer Lewis Hall and Ashley Johnson.
Other exciting developments included a repreat invitation to COOK for a special Cinco de Mayo class on May 5th. The class sold out in less than four hours.
Serrano also announced that Chef Rodriguez would make her debut at Taste of the Nation, on Sunday, April 28th and at the Philadelphia Magazine Wine & Food Festival on Friday, May 10th.
Later in Spring, Chef Rodriguez will present Serrano's signature dishes at PAWS Chefs Dinner and the Eat.Write. Retreat. national food bloggers conference.
